Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy; this role will be based on education, commercial, and healthcare schemes in and around Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Commissioning & Servicing Engineer
Rate:
£325 - £350/day
Hours:
8am - 4pm, 1 - 2 days/week

Servicing & Commissioning Engineer Responsibilities:
Description of the plant and systems installed within the building and operation level. Summary of what is required to make systems communicate. Executive summary covering any evidence of key issues and defects. Limitations and obstructions that affect the scope of the inspection. Photographs of defects with problems specifically highlighted. A clear summary that provides the ability to prioritise remedial actions. Recommendations for further inspections where applicable. A full list of accessible and inaccessible areas. Report to include test results and marked up drawings.
Servicing & Commissioning Engineer Person Specification: Valid CSCS card. Own vehicle and clean driving license. Experience working on schemes from £200k - £25million. Experience with NEC contracts.
