Sessional CBT Therapist

In conjunction with our move into larger dedicated premises to the west of the city, Worcester Therapy Group seeks to recruit a qualified CBT Therapist with experience of treating a variety of mental health presentations. Some of the benefits of working with our service include: An allocated block of hours, between 3 to 5hrs initially, which the service guarantees to fill with referrals to ensure a stable monthly income. Potential for further clinical hours after satisfactory fulfilment of probation period. Minimal reporting and administration. Outcome measures are only required at the beginning and end of the contracted treatments we specifically deliver for the NHS. Competitive sessional rates: £35.00* (see below) for all client-attended sessions. We operate a sensitively managed 24hr cancellation policy. All client contact (outside of booked sessions) is handled exclusively by our admin team, which means you only work the clinical hours you're paid for, i.e., all other client administration is taken care of, e.g., client payments. 7 beautifully appointed Consulting Rooms with period features. Staff parking immediately outside the building. Dedicated staff kitchen/lunch area with coffee machines/microwave/dishwasher. Separate chill-out space for therapists to relax between sessions, with opportunities to network with colleagues. Notice board / books / magazines / phone-charging, adjacent to our admin team who are available to attend to queries as they arise. This space is also used for regular in-house CPD events, film & book club, etc., which all staff attend for free. The Clinical Lead, Practice Manager, and Clinical Secretary all work on-site to oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring there is minimal additional administration for Associate Therapists outside managing their diary.
