Please view our Coronavirus statement to see how we safeguard our staff and customers. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide face-to-face counselling to adults. Liaise with management as appropriate. Work autonomously within the BACP ethical framework. Adhere to the overall framework of Lewis Psychology policies and procedures. Write case notes in line with Lewis Psychology procedures. The successful applicant will have excellent clinical, written, and verbal communication skills, combined with experience in a role that requires high attention to detail and the ability to follow laid down procedures. The ability to manage time effectively and IT literacy are also essential. KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED Master's Degree in counselling or psychotherapy. Counselling experience with adults aged 18+ within a professional context. At least 3 years of experience counselling adults. Member of a recognised professional body (BACP, UKCP, BPS, BABCP).
