Job Advert - Division Information
We are looking for a motivated sessional therapist to support the service in the delivery of outpatient individual therapy to children and young people with a range of mental health issues.
The successful candidate will have at least three-years post-qualification experience of working with children and young people. The role will involve the provision of assessments and therapy to outpatients who require therapeutic intervention and a good knowledge of CBT, risk assessments, and risk management is essential.
Candidates should hold accreditation with the BACP, BABCP, or UKCP, or registration with the HCPC and will have previous experience of working in a similar setting.
Due to the requirement to work with children and young people, ideally we would be looking for the successful candidate to offer appointment times after the school day or during evenings/at weekends.
The successful candidate will be available to deliver outpatient sessions in-person on site due to the demand for in-person treatment.

Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a private 46-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults, located in Bromley. The hospital provides care and treatment for patients with a wide range of mental health issues both as inpatients, day patients and both adult and CAMHS outpatients.
The hospital specialises in providing treatment to patients with acute mental health conditions, addiction issues, and also has a specialist eating disorders unit. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London, Croydon, and Bromley areas and parking is available locally.
