The service is delivered from our established clinics based at Central Middlesex Hospital and community services located in Ealing, Hillingdon, and Harrow. The sexual health service supports over 20,000 sexual health attendances each year and has a cohort of over 700 HIV+ patients.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and work predominantly from our Central Middlesex Hospital's Patrick Clements Clinic. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop skills within the fields of integrated sexual reproductive health and HIV. A flexible approach to working patterns and cross-site working is integral to the post.

Main duties of the job The role involves working with patients face to face and remotely; you will be a part of the multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for managing results, following up with patients, doing referrals to other agencies, leading on safeguarding, and contributing to reports.

Person Specification Qualification Essential NMC Registered Adult Nurse holding or other relevant degree (public health, psychology).
Desirable Qualification in HIV and/or counselling.
Experience Essential 2 years post-registration experience with a minimum of 6 months experience working within GUM/HIV and/or an integrated sexual and reproductive healthcare setting. Ability to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the principles of partner notification for sexually transmitted infections. Knowledge of sexual health education and promotion.
Desirable Knowledge of education and health promotion within HIV care.
