Key Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes. Build financial models (forecasts, costing, scenario, etc.) and perform quantitative analysis to evaluate past performance and current trends, with the objective of driving insightful recommendations. Perform financial analysis in areas such as financial performance measures, KPIs, operational planning, reconciliations etc. Ensure the accurate completion of month-end financial analysis for review. Summarize complex financial data into actionable insights and identify variances & opportunities. Preparation and automation of profitability analysis and related reports. Assist in the implementation and development of new systems and processes. Mentor junior financial analysts by providing guidance and oversight on complex tasks. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations that could impact the organization. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an FA or 3 years as an SFA. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with people management. Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) or MBA designation. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite software. Experience with SQL programming or another database query knowledge for database modeling an asset. Familiarity with data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau). Proficiency with financial planning software such as SAP, ERP systems. What's In It for You?
