SFS Draughtsman
Location: Oldbury (commutable from surrounding areas)
We’re excited to recruit an experienced Draughtsman/Detailer with proficiency in Tekla to join a successful and growing engineering consultancy near Oldbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on diverse Modular, SFS, and Light Gauge Frame projects while developing your career in a friendly and supportive environment. The Role:
Develop precise 3D CAD models for a range of Modular, SFS, and Light Gauge Framing projects. Produce detailed assembly/fabrication drawings, BOMs, and erection drawings. Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Contracts, Workshop) and external stakeholders, including Architects and Engineers. Handle technical queries/RFIs, ensuring timely resolutions. Manage your own projects or contribute as part of a team. What we’re looking for:
Proficiency in Tekla software (essential). Experience with Light Gauge Framing/SFS projects (preferred). Excellent organisational skills to manage workloads and meet deadlines. Ability to commute to the office (this is a full-time, office-based role). Eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent basis. What’s on offer:
