36 per week We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual to join the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service. The successful applicant will lead the operational management of the Edinburgh Shared Repairs Service and develop the Low Rise Block Asset Management Service for the Council's low-rise housing stock across the city. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated team that has a positive team culture and supports each other. We are looking for candidates who can use their initiative, be innovative in their approach, and have a desire to assist and support private owners and council tenants with building-related issues. Candidates should have knowledge and understanding of housing, property, and construction services. You must be confident in making strategic decisions that will impact owners and tenants across the city and possess strong communication skills with experience engaging with private owners and tenants in contracts of various values and complexity. You must have experience in the application of programme and project management, as well as planning and managing team workload and revenue and capital budgets.
