The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering training and a passion for educating others. This individual will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs for employees at all skill levels to ensure they can effectively use SharePoint as a collaboration tool and the use of the other Microsoft 365 applications. The trainer will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and tailor content to the unique demands of the organisation. We will support your learning and development by providing networking opportunities. **There will be a requirement for regular travel throughout the UK and Ireland to attend client's sites to deliver training. Key Responsibilities Training Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver SharePoint training sessions (beginner to advanced) for end-users, administrators, and business users. Develop training materials, including user guides, PowerPoint presentations, and video tutorials, with the support of our internal content designer. Conduct both face-to-face and virtual training sessions to our clients. Needs Assessment & Customisation: Work with teams to assess SharePoint training needs and customise learning programs to align with organisational goals. Gather feedback after training sessions and adjust content or delivery methods accordingly. User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-training support by answering user queries, resolving issues, and offering troubleshooting assistance. Create and maintain FAQs and self-help resources for ongoing user education. Tracking & Reporting: Track and monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback, measuring learner success, and reporting outcomes to management. Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, business teams, and other departments to stay informed about new SharePoint features and functionality. Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training methodologies and deliver the most effective learning experiences. Experience: 3+ years of experience delivering training programmes including administration, development, or end-user support. Previous experience designing training programs, preferably in a corporate environment. Skills & Knowledge: Knowledge of SharePoint desired but not essential. Understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 desired but not essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly terms. Experience using Microsoft Teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills. Ability to travel throughout the UK and Ireland. Full UK Driving License is required.
