Work in Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver results efficiently and effectively. Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with a focus on EDMS and SharePoint (both Online and On-Premises). Strong experience in SharePoint development and administration. Hands-on experience with workflow automation using tools like Power Automate and Power Apps. Experience with cloud migration, specifically Office 365 and SharePoint Online. Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR). Experience in Social Housing operations or other regulated environments. Familiarity with Housing Management Systems, CRM, and ERP integrations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills:

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Prior experience in training and change management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact project, working in a dynamic and growing sector. If you have the technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for improving document management systems, we encourage you to apply.
