You will work for an FMCG giant with a full portfolio of well-known products, working within an exciting up & coming category! This is an exciting time to join the business with a current turnover of £1.3b and aggressive growth plans. They are taking the market by storm and have achieved amazing YoY growth over the past 3 years!
As SHE Manager, you will be responsible for:
Site lead for Health, Safety and Environment Managing an experienced H&S Assistant Manager Set the strategic framework for managing Health, Safety and Environment standards Develop, review and monitor SHE objectives Make recommendations, propose options and develop implementation plans to ensure that the site maintains compliance in all areas of SHE Communicate to and influence the senior management team Provide coaching, specialist advice and practical support on all SHE matters to all levels of the site Keep up to date with new SHE legislation and best practice developments What are we looking for?
A minimum of 5 years experience within an HSE role in a manufacturing environment NEBOSH or equivalent Experience in planning and implementing projects Experience in working with and developing partnerships Experience in giving presentations and/or facilitating workshops Experience in report writing What’s In It For You?
