Sheet Metal Worker Required Swindon
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a sheet metal worker to join our manufacturing team. As a key member of our production process, you will be responsible for operating press, folding and laser cutting machinery.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machines to precise specifications
Operate laser cutting machinery
Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
Perform quality checks on finished components
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Experience operating folding machines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Start Date : ASAP
Hours:
Mon - Friday 7.30am-4.00pm Rate:
16.00- 18.00 per hour
