About The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, the Foreman / Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations on the shop floor, including managing stock control, scheduling works in accordance with site programmes, production, and dispatch.
Duties And Responsibilities Oversee and manage the production process and resources to the production schedule. Checking timesheets against the production schedule. Understanding where key performance indicators can be set. Advise and assist in the setting up of machines on the shop floor. Control of stock levels. Ensuring deadlines are met whilst maintaining strict QA standards.
About You The ideal candidate must be a team player, able to take control of a small team of operatives and have experience of working in a similar environment. Ridgeway Facades are an equal opportunities employer.
