About the Role Reporting to the SHEQ Manager & working alongside the Regional Head, your key purpose will be to ensure our build partners are working safely in line with NRSWA and HASWA, as well as conforming to the various legislations. This is an exciting role for someone to ensure our Bradford region is working in line with all Health and safety requirements in all our Build, Installation, Maintenance and Commercial operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist with implementing safety solutions in an operationally effective and practical way. Assist in protecting brsk from external liabilities and workplace accidents by identifying operational and workplace risks and hazards. Promote safe working practices and ensure procedural compliance, by setting high expectations and leading by good example. Carry out Health & Safety audits and inspections across different departments in Brsk and our build partners. Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met at all times and be confident enough to challenge where required. Key Skills Required Self-starter who can influence change positively. Be flexible, happy to roll your sleeves up, get stuck in and be prepared to assist across the business as required to get the best results for brsk, our teams and customers. Ability to deal with change in a fast-paced environment. Independent worker who enjoys autonomy with ability to work remotely. Team player and willing to get stuck in. Eye for detail and cares about brand look and feel. Experience Required Previous telecoms experience is desirable for this role. Good understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations. Understanding of RAMS and CPHSP. Hold a NRSWA supervisor qualification. Hold the NEBOSH General Certificate. Location Our Bradford/Yorkshire region but this may change based on the business requirements. No office location so frequent travel between site, home, and any other business locations around the UK.
