Job Description

Our Property Services pillar operates in the refurbishment and regeneration of properties in the Midlands and North. We are currently looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide invaluable specialist support and advice to teams delivering Fire Safety schemes, SHDF, Net Zero retrofit, planned & responsive maintenance. Your role as SHEQ Advisor will involve: Promote and implement a positive SHEQ culture, ensuring compliance with industry standards and United Living expectations Guide and advise projects on the implementation of business management systems, policies, and procedures Monitor site performance, conduct investigations, and perform root cause analysis for allocated projects Support continuous improvement of SHEQ performance through proactive monitoring and reporting Provide support and advice to subcontractors and suppliers as required Participate in regular meetings, contributing to best practices and innovation Support line manager and wider team in the delivery of agreed strategy and action plans Required travel Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and subcontractors Looking for a team player who can add value to our operational teams Qualifications

This is primarily a site-based role which will require a SHEQ professional with previous construction/property services sector experience, in addition to a full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes.
