Reporting into the MD, you will be: Experienced in management systems (9001, 14001 and 18001/45001) and preferably already have an internal auditor's qualification Developing risk assessments and method statements and maintaining accreditations Assisting with PQQs and new tenders Comfortable from site to board level Identifying and assisting with the implementation of continuous improvement Ensuring project teams are proactive, updated and compliant
Key competencies include: Construction experience (preferably within new build projects) (ESSENTIAL) NEBOSH or NCRQ (ESSENTIAL) Writing project specific RAMs Self-motivated and autonomous with an ability to manage a SHEQ department A desire to develop and progress, promoting best practice whilst maintaining a pragmatic approach
