Working for an international chemical processing organisation, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a large SHEQ team with excellent mentors and scope for learning and progression. The role itself will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to have a tangible impact on the SHEQ systems and culture of this site and the wider organisation.

SHEQ Manager will be responsible for: Representing the company at environmental services associations, regulators, the HSE and tendering bids with key customers. Ensuring full compliance with regulatory expectations on process safety management, occupational health and safety management and environmental permit compliance. Overseeing the Chemical Exposure Monitoring Programmes (COSHH). Linking with the technical functions (engineering, maintenance, laboratory) on CI, modernisation, new waste stream solutions and business improvement initiatives. The SHEQ Manager will have: COMAH or Process Safety experience NEBOSH General Certificate. Minimum three years Health & Safety experience. Experience with environmental permitting desirable.
