Develop and implement a Quality, Environment, Health & Safety strategy Lead and support on various site QHSE matters Build relationships with key stakeholders across the site, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice Maintain and update ISO Systems management systems - 45001, 14000 and 9001 Driving key SHEQ objectives, including zero lost time injuries, near-miss reporting, and sustainability initiatives (zero landfill projects) Audit site-based management systems to ensure full compliance Development of SHEQ Advisor Qualifications:
Must have experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/engineering environment NEBOSH General Cert or equivalent qualification Demonstrable experience in implementing and monitoring a SHE strategy Experience communicating with external bodies & authorities such as HSE, councils and auditors Ability to strongly influence various internal stakeholders Experience of maintaining ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 systems ISO 9001 Lead Auditor trained is advantageous
