£50,000 - £55,000 including Shift Allowance + Benefits Your Mission: Keep Production Running Smoothly As a Shift Electrician, you'll be the driving force behind our client's manufacturing plant's electrical systems. The shift pattern rotates as follows: 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am. Your Responsibilities: Performing planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on a diverse range of production machinery. Ensuring compliance with statutory and safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults across various plant areas. Recording all maintenance activities in our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Ideal Candidate: A Well-Rounded Electrical Professional To excel in this role, you'll need a unique combination of technical expertise and personal attributes: Completed a recognised apprenticeship in electrical engineering. Proficiency in the 17th edition of the BS7671 wiring regulations. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills (PLC programming qualifications in Siemens S5 and S7 are a plus). Self-motivated, with excellent communication and self-supervision abilities. Why Join Our Client's Team?
