£46,000 - £48,000 This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrical or mechanical bias Shift Engineer looking to work on a commercial site in South East London. Great for those who want to avoid the commute into Central London and work closer to home! You'll be joining one of the UK's largest building service providers, be part of an experienced maintenance team, and have opportunities for internal progression. Responsibilities: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Organising subcontractors Quotations Health & Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Job Requirements: City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering Career driven and motivated Polite and personable At least 3 years experience within commercial maintenance Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential Salary and Benefits: £46,000 - £48,000 per annum Continental shift pattern, days and nights Easily commutable for those who live in South London 20 days annual leave Company pension Overtime available Further training Internal progression
