Shift Lead Simulator Engineer focuses on diagnosing and rectifying complex electrical, electronic, hardware and software faults.
What the role involves
- Diagnosing and rectifying complex electrical, electronic, hardware and software faults.
- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and technicians.
- Monitoring simulator performance and Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results.
- Supporting testing, validation and workshop activities.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
