Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of engineers during your shift to deliver high-quality maintenance and operational services. Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks are completed efficiently and in line with SLAs and KPIs. Oversee critical systems (e.g., HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical systems) and respond promptly to any faults or issues. Manage the handover process between shifts, ensuring all updates and outstanding issues are clearly communicated. Carry out risk assessments, ensure permit-to-work compliance, and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Assist with training and development of the engineering team, ensuring skills and knowledge are kept up-to-date. Ensure all activities comply with statutory and contractual requirements, including health and safety regulations. What We're Looking For:
A technically qualified individual with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering (C&G Level 3, NVQ, or equivalent). Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within facilities management or building services.
