We are recruiting for an experienced maintenance electrician completing PPM and reactive maintenance on a prestigious commercial facility in the Manchester area. You will be expected to have good all-round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance. The role is a permanent position – Salary circa 39.9k Overtime available on off-shift Shift pattern – x2 ON Days, x2 ON Nights, x4 OFF 7am-7pm/7pm-7am Duties & Responsibilities
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems. To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems. To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements. To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service. To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines. Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional engineering qualification, Electrician (Level 3). Ideally 2391. Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance. Ideally 18th edition. Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment. Must be presentable and reliable. Willing to complete shifts.
