Key Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Provide electrical and mechanical support to optimise machinery performance and reduce downtime. Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly to ensure seamless production flow. Planned & Reactive Maintenance:
Carry out both preventative maintenance and address unexpected breakdowns as they occur. Process Improvement:
Contribute to initiatives that improve productivity and drive efficiency. Hands-On Role:
Work with automated machinery in a high-paced, challenging environment.
What You Bring
Proven Experience:
A strong background in manufacturing or production, ideally in the food or FMCG industries. Technical Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation. Qualifications:
A recognised engineering qualification, whether through a degree, NVQ, or time-served apprenticeship. Problem-Solving:
A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
