Key Responsibilities Proactive Maintenance: Carrying out scheduled maintenance to reduce downtime and optimise operations. Breakdown Repairs: Responding swiftly to faults, troubleshooting issues, and getting production back on track. Diagnostics: Identifying and fixing electrical and mechanical faults with accuracy. Improvement Projects: Supporting initiatives to boost equipment reliability and enhance efficiency. Collaboration: Working closely with production teams to maintain high operational standards. What You'll Need The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to high standards. Key requirements include: Electrical Expertise: A strong foundation in electrical systems, with working knowledge of mechanical maintenance. Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as an apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. Industry Experience: Proven experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing, ideally in FMCG. Safety Awareness: A solid understanding of health and safety protocols in an industrial setting.
