What You'll Do Preventative Maintenance:

Plan and execute maintenance schedules to reduce unexpected downtime and optimise production. Breakdown Response:

Act swiftly and effectively to resolve machinery issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Fault Diagnosis:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems with precision. Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to projects that enhance equipment reliability, safety, and performance. Collaboration:

Partner closely with production teams to maintain operational excellence.

What You Bring Technical Expertise:

Strong electrical skills with a solid foundation in mechanical systems. Qualifications:

Relevant electrical qualifications such as an apprenticeship, HNC, HND, ONC, or equivalent. Experience:

Demonstrated success in a maintenance role within a manufacturing setting, ideally in the FMCG sector. Safety Focus:

Deep understanding of health and safety standards and their practical application. Problem-Solving Skills:

Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
