We are seeking a Static Maintenance Electrician to join our team in Guildford. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, handling both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical PPMs as scheduled Respond to reactive maintenance issues and electrical breakdowns Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols Collaborate with other engineers and departments to resolve issues
Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations certification Previous experience in a maintenance or building services role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
