TheShift Manager within Sports & Activities will be responsiblefor ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by ensuring thatrelevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team andthat team are in the right place at the right time to ensure we canmanage fluctuating guest demand whilst keeping operationalstandards and guest experiencehigh.
Thisis an operational guest facing role and therefore all none-guestfacing tasks and activity will be allocated as time within yourworking week to allow you to spend the majority of your time withinyour venue and with ourguests.
Thisrole covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility isveryimportant.
Aswith all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you willneed to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuringthat our guest experience is always your number onepriority.
AboutYou
We are looking for anexperienced leader from within an Sports & Activitiesenvironment that can support the team to deliver fantastic service.Putting the guests first in everything you do, you will haveexperience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filledenvironment to deliver an excellenceexperience.
You shouldhave previous experience in leading a team within a sports andactivities environment.
You should be confidentto direct and respond in any situation whilst delivering consistentbrand standards.

Theability to lead, motivate and engage your team, even at periods ofhigh demand is important, as well as being able to manage multiplepriorities and adapt quickly to changingrequirements.
Withstrong leadership skills, you should be confident in inspiring yourteam to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests everyday.
