Requirements
A sound mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems is essential.
Experience of working on Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems is essential.
Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry.
Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment.
Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLA's.
Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA's.
Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including ISO 9001 & 14,001.
Ability to measure, work to plans (method statements), read technical diagrams and communicate, present and report technical information as appropriate to trade/skill.

Demonstrate competences with all relevant qualifications.
Been in the FM Industry for a minimum of 5 years.
Carry out Maintenance and Reactive Calls.
