The role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage a team of Team Managers who are responsible for a large number of operators and technicians. You will be responsible for monitoring and driving KPIs and taking action to ensure they are all met on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring the Health & Safety of all colleagues whilst maintaining and making improvements in all areas, maximising profits and driving performance improvement. The person You will have experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment, a proven track record of people management and delivering strong results through a team in a people management role. You should have an understanding of cost models and experience of budgetary control, as well as knowledge of pest control management, with the ability to challenge decisions and behaviours ensuring consistency to my client's customers.
