As a Domino's Shift Manager, you will have the opportunity to increase your experience across a variety of tasks carried out inside our industry-leading stores. You'll play a vital role in everything that happens during your shift, from managing costs to ensuring excellent customer relations. You'll lead by example, following our policies and procedures, and inspire your team members to create delicious food while guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Plus, there's fantastic potential for career growth—you could even run your own store when you're ready! Responsibilities:

Interacting with patrons regularly and offering great customer service; Handling payments; Maintaining a high standard of food safety; Cost control (food, labour); Reliable stock management; Consistent high levels of attendance and punctuality; Managing an effective and efficient team. Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year's experience of working within a fast-paced customer-led QSR, restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector; Flexibility with your working hours as our stores are predominantly busy in the evenings and on weekends; Excellent people skills including the ability to give clear instructions; Good written and verbal communication; High levels of problem-solving, initiative, and self-motivation; A willingness to learn and a drive to succeed; Passion for providing excellent customer service; The ability to work as part of a team. Managerial experience is preferred yet not essential; we will support you to learn the skills and build the confidence you need to grow. Benefits:
