Lead Newbuild Technical: Manage and oversee the technical aspects of vessel design and construction. Ensure Compliance: Ensure vessels meet Trinity House’s high standards, industry regulations, and classification society requirements. Collaborate Effectively: Work with shipyards, designers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Problem-Solve: Address technical challenges during construction and testing phases. Oversee Delivery: Conduct inspections, manage sea trials, and ensure successful handovers. What We Offer:

A degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in ship design, newbuild supervision, or technical management. In-depth knowledge of IMO regulations and maritime standards. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
