The post holder will work proactively within Cancer Research Wales helping to ensure the smooth running of the store, whilst at times supporting the Charity's other departments. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Best in Town service through customer interaction. Lead the team by example and achieve great store standard. Build a positive reputation for providing excellent customer service. Act as the store's first point of contact, creating a positive, welcoming and professional impression and store environment. Maintain a working knowledge of Cancer Research Wales, its aims and objectives, service, and culture. Endeavour to strengthen and promote the Cancer Research Wales brand. Desirable Requirements:

Hold a clean Driving Licence. Where necessary, travel by public transport. Organisational Arrangements
