At the heart of Sawston lies a bustling charity shop, a key part of my client's fundraising efforts. The role on offer is as an integral Shop Manager, where you will have the responsibility of overseeing all retail operations in line with agreed budget and standing instructions. From receiving and displaying donated goods attractively to determining pricing and planning promotions, you will have the autonomy to shape the shop's operations. Your creativity and business acumen will be put to the test as you continually seek ways to promote the shop's existence and services while keeping an eye on the competition.
