The Role
Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Shop Manager to join our Cregagh Road charity shop (Belfast). This is an excellent opportunity to manage and develop the shop team, raise funds to support Oxfam work around the world and promote Oxfam's values.
To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:
Relevant experience in retail management. Proven experience of managing budgets and analysing sales performance. Relevant experience in merchandising.
