Shop Manager
Ashers Bakery are currently looking for a Shop Manager for our Aviemore Branch. The vacancy is for 40 hours based on a 5-day week, 06:30am-3:30pm, however they may be required to work extra hours should the need arise. With core skills in management, team supervision, and retail operations, you will oversee staff, manage inventory, and optimize merchandising strategies. Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including overseeing staff, managing rotas and hours for the shop, and ensuring smooth workflow. Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service to meet their needs. Utilize time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operation. Uphold retail standards and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. Qualifications
Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively. Knowledge of retail and sales management. Proficiency in merchandising techniques. Strong organizational and time management abilities. What you'll get:
