37 hours per week, 5 days over 7 days Monday to Sunday. £25,253.25 per annum (pay review pending). (parking space available). We are looking for a shop manager to lead and build a team in our brand new Keswick shop. You will be working in a creative environment with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution. You will need to be driven and focused on making money and have good communication skills. As the shop manager, you will manage an assistant shop manager along with a team of diverse volunteers. You will need great people skills and be able to create a welcoming and positive experience for all our staff, volunteers, and customers. The Children’s Society is committed to safeguarding and protecting the children and young people that we work with.
