Salary: £25,253 Start with progression up to £25,963.

Job Overview: Do you like being creative or looking for a hidden treasure? Do you have Retail/Management experience? Are you looking for a new challenge in 2025?

We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our team in the Leigh-on-Sea Shop. You will be working in a creative environment, managing donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution.

You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise the vital funds needed to support our frontline work. You will need to be driven and focused on making money, with good communication skills to engage with the local community and build support for the shop.

Responsibilities: As a Shop Manager, you will manage 2 Assistant Shop Managers along with a team of diverse Volunteers. You will need great people skills and be confident in working with individuals from different backgrounds, creating a welcoming and positive experience for staff, volunteers, and supporters.
