Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties Lead and supervise a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment Manage daily operations including inventory control, merchandising, and sales management Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in tasks and objectives Organise staff schedules to optimise productivity while maintaining excellent customer service Oversee administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and maintaining records Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices in retail management Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction Experience The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent time management skills to prioritise responsibilities effectively A track record of successful sales management and achieving targets Exceptional communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and inspire others If you are a proactive individual with a passion for retail and team leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Shop Manager.
