Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity. Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Implement training programmes for new staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills for success. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Collaborate with management on sales strategies and promotional activities to drive business growth. Maintain a clean and organised shop environment that reflects the brand's image. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual capabilities are an advantage. Demonstrated ability in sales management with a track record of achieving targets. Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in supervising staff while fostering a positive work culture. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
