My client is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on various shopfitting projects.
They have an excellent reputation resulting in repeat business due to the award of a shop fit-out for premier retail brands.
The Site Manager will be required to oversee the day-to-day activities on site and ensure the construction program is being followed on time and safely.
You will have a pro-active approach when overseeing subcontractors who will be conducting internal fit-out and refurbishment works to complete retail shop fit-out projects. You will need to ensure that health and safety is adhered to at all times and reports are sent to the Contracts Manager daily.
Duties will include:
Site inductions Toolbox talks RAMS Day-to-day subcontractor supervision Progress meetings All site H&S Short term programming
The ideal candidate will have previous shopfitting experience on retail projects and hold a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification. In return, good rates are on offer with future work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
