My client is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on various shopfitting projects.
They have an excellent reputation resulting in repeat business due to the award of a shop fit out for premier retail brands.
The Site Manager will be required to oversee the day-to-day activities on site and ensure the construction program is being followed on time and safely.
You will have a proactive approach when overseeing sub-contractors conducting internal fit out and refurbishment works to complete retail shop fit out projects. You will need to ensure that health and safety is being adhered to at all times and that reports are being sent to the Contracts Manager daily.
Duties will include:
Site inductions Tool box talks RAMS Day-to-day sub-contractor supervision Progress meetings All site H&S Short term programming
The ideal candidate will have previous shopfitting experience on retail projects and hold a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification. In return, good rates are on offer with future work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
