Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Shopify Product Manager to oversee and optimize our product listings and inventory on our Shopify store. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled in maintaining accurate inventory processes. This role emphasizes adding, updating, and enhancing product listings to accommodate new lines or changes to existing products. Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels on our Shopify store, ensuring real-time updates. Add, update, and optimize product listings for new product lines or modifications to existing ones. Ensure all product details, including descriptions, images, and pricing, are accurate, consistent, and visually appealing. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and implement required information for new or updated product listings. Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly to avoid overselling or stock inaccuracies. Analyze inventory trends and propose strategies for process improvement and optimization. Align product listings with promotional campaigns by collaborating with the marketing team. Generate and share regular reports on inventory status and product performance with the management team. Requirements

Proven experience managing inventory and product listings on Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms. In-depth understanding of Shopify’s inventory and product management tools. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with inventory optimization techniques and stock level management. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and product listing optimization is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
