To deliver excellent execution within a key strategic grocery customer, responsible for the management and delivery of the Shopper strategy. Building effective relationships across the team and across functions working with brand and sales, and customer marketing. Analysis of shopper data and previous activations to provide insight for campaign plans by customer. Working closely with and influencing the internal sales teams, clients, and customers in collaboration for distribution to grocery customers. Support Marketing budgets conscious of ROI and making relevant effective recommendations for the future. Develop engaging point of sale and sampling activities. Assisting coordination of marketing events calendar for trade shows and activation from start to finish. Key Requirements:
Have relevant Shopper/Customer/Trade marketing experience from a consumer goods business. Experience of creating effective retailer relationships and partnerships, ideally with the Top 4 grocers. First class communicator, and team player with the ability to influence and inspire. Driven for excellence and execution. Autonomous and able to make an impact in self-driven working environment. Have an understanding of shopper insights and how insight can be activated effectively. Brilliant business sense and executing wider brand vision. Clear passion for FMCG sector. Benefits:
