DIMA Group are recruiting Event & Festival SIA Door Supervisors to work at Festivals and football matches in Edinburgh and Fife. DIMA Group are seeking highly talented SIA Door Supervisors to work with us this season at some of our events. We are committed to providing highly professional, experienced staff to be part of a rapidly growing business. SIA Door Supervisor Responsibilities:

Ingress control - Ticket validation, guest directions and queries Physical body and bag searches Refusal of guests when behaviour / suitability is not in line with the event rules/policies Report any suspicious behaviour Crowd control / people management - foot traffic, maintaining order, reporting antisocial behaviour, ensuring crowd safety plans are adhered to If necessary, restrain and escort people out of the venue Co-operate with police, first aiders, and management Adhere to operational instructions Report and record incidents About You

Must have excellent communication skills and deliver exceptional customer service Must be motivated Demonstrate the ability to make reasoned decision making Take pride in your personal appearance Work on your own or as part of a team Essential Requirements:
