Full Time We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate High-Level Teaching Assistant (HI TA) with British Sign Language (BSL) proficiency to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in supporting students within our Hearing Impairment (HI) Unit. Details of the Role:

High-Level Teaching Assistant (HI TA) Requirement:

BSL qualification or strong proficiency You will work closely with our Hearing-Impaired students, providing tailored support to ensure their learning and communication needs are met. Your expertise in British Sign Language will play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive environment, enabling students to thrive in their education. Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in the HI Unit with learning and communication. Assisting teachers with planning and delivering lessons. Using BSL to facilitate effective communication. Supporting the social and emotional well-being of students. What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an HI Unit. A recognised qualification in BSL (or strong equivalent experience). A genuine passion for working with children with hearing impairments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
