Job Description The purpose of this hands-on Heathrow based role is to support a variety of customer and operational projects with the delivery of dressing (design), signage and wayfinding. This is an ideal role for a professional self-starting team player with the confidence to manage stakeholders on all levels across Heathrow as well as briefing and managing creative agencies and suppliers. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong multi project and stakeholder management experience, have a good understanding of brand protection, effective governance, an eye for design, exceptional communication, and organisational skills. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities Attending and leading the Weekly Signage Collaboration meeting with stakeholders from Services, Operations, Security, Property, Media, Retail, Surface Access, Marketing, Comms, Heathrow Express. Managing all BAU signage/wayfinding governance, requests, and activity. Understanding and managing all Signage & Wayfinding/ brand standards and guidelines. Collaborating with Innovation teams across Heathrow and rostered suppliers to identify and assist trials and delivery of new solutions that align to our strategy. Maintaining and updating when required the dressing, signage and wayfinding standards. Owning Signage & Wayfinding SharePoint. Weekly cross terminal site visits to maintain compliance, stakeholder accountability and quality control. Liaising with external stakeholders such as our design, print and installation agencies, Border Force and Heathrow on-airport operational teams to assist with the delivery of signage/wayfinding updates on digital and fixed formats. Managing partnership requests from around the business and through 3rd parties. Supporting the Marketing team on the partnership strategy and day-to-day stakeholder management of any new partnerships. Qualifications Ability to attend regular and reactive in terminal meetings as required. Proven experience with complex multi stakeholder project management including budgets. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills. Knowledge of good brand and signage governance. Understanding of cross channel marketing. Excellent verbal, written, spoken English language proficiency. Competent with Microsoft programs Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ideally, you'll have. Working Location Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
