Description: To take ownership and successfully promote and sell the PayPoint SIM offering (across all the major mobile networks) via telephone to independent retailers within the PayPoint network. Main Responsibilities:

Identify the key decision maker by outlet (independent and Symbol sites) and develop strong sales relationships with retailers ensuring a SIM card stocking opportunity is realised in every call. Conduct follow-up calls with key retailers to ensure large orders are correctly displayed and have not been removed by competitors, and to follow up on customer service issues to strengthen retailer relationships. Deliver against defined shipment targets agreed each week, month, quarter, and year as may be appropriate. Achieve a minimum target of 2,000 SIM activations per calendar month. Deliver action plans prioritising the potential of your customer base to deliver activation growth. Develop strong working relationships with sites and retailers to ensure they actively promote PayPoint SIMs and other PayPoint products and services when required. Complete all ad hoc operational tasks within the defined timescales and deadlines. Manage time effectively and prioritise tasks to provide the greatest opportunity to deliver SIM activations. Comprehensively plan and prepare for each call, ensuring SMART objectives are set. Review transactions/business data provided to identify ideal sites for the supply of SIM cards. Utilise all sales tools and reports provided. Deal with and resolve where possible, any queries and complaints regarding SIM cards and where appropriate referring issues to your line manager. Manage the SIM sales inbox, dealing with requests and queries in a timely fashion. Assist in gathering market intelligence and information on key competitor offerings. Provide administrative support for SIM ordering when needed. Experience:
