JOB DESCRIPTION

The SIMS manager will work in an outstanding all-girls school in central London, closely collaborating with the Office Manager and the admin team to provide support across various areas in the school. A significant portion of the role will involve daily use of SIMS, requiring a strong working knowledge of the SIMS system. The school is eager to review CVs ASAP and meet potential candidates in the coming weeks.

This is an outstanding all-girls school located in the heart of London, known for its academic excellence and state-of-the-art facilities. The school is over-subscribed, with four applicants for every available space, and enjoys a stellar reputation within the local community. Judged 'outstanding' by OFSTED in October 2022, the school prides itself on a culture of continual self-improvement and has been recognized among the top 100 non-selective schools for student attainment and progress at KS4. Pupil behavior is excellent, supported by an approachable and supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

SIMS Manager Qualities

Pupil data management via SIMS. Attention to detail and the ability to plan, organize, manage, and evaluate data. Knowledge of parent pay (desirable). The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and all stakeholders. Keep a log of staff absences and monitor days of high staff absence requiring cover. Prepare and submit data for Census returns to the Department for Education.

This role is designed to provide additional support to the current administration and school office team. The school is seeking a SIMS manager with previous experience who is available immediately on a full-time basis.
