As a Simulator Development Engineer, you will work within the Simulator Group, focusing on developing and maintaining real-time models and systems specific to the Simulator. Your responsibilities will include: Real-time simulation infrastructure Simulator-specific component models Interface to power unit and other plant models Cueing User interface You will play a crucial role in achieving best-in-class Driver-in-the-loop Simulator capabilities by developing hardware-in-the-loop models, systems, and infrastructure. Additionally, you will continuously improve Simulator capabilities, features, correlation, robustness, and operational efficiency through innovative software development. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Simulator team and Performance Systems department to identify concepts and develop hardware-in-the-loop models Liaise proactively with other departments, including controls and power unit suppliers Plan development activities around the Simulator test schedule Contribute to the development of vehicle performance analysis and tools The Person:

We are looking for a motivated individual with at least two years of experience in developing hardware-in-the-loop simulations. The ideal candidate will possess: Essential experience with MATLAB and Simulink modeling Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time-management and planning abilities Desirable knowledge of vehicle dynamics, including chassis and PU performance control systems Experience with Python and dSpace products is highly desirable Some experience in high-level motorsport is an advantage Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality designs to crucial deadlines Our offer to you:
